New to our clinic?
Here’s some common questions to help you get familiar.Yes! Auduzhe offers HPV, Hepatitis B and Meningococcal to all grade 7 and 8 FNIM students. Once the vaccination is complete, our team will reach out to Toronto Public Health to ensure the dose is documented in their system.
Yes! No status card is needed to access care at Auduzhe. We follow a status-blind rule.
Yes! We support those who identify as First Nations, Inuit or Metis and their non-Indigenous family members.
Yes, even if you have a family doctor, you can come and see us for any medical concerns you may have.
Yes, we will see you to assess your medical needs and make a referral if necessary.
Yes, we can help you complete any forms that a doctor or nurse practitioner needs to complete.
Auduzhe is located in midtown Toronto at 22 Vaughan Road. It’s near St. Clair Avenue West and Bathurst Street. Our building is beside Na-Me-Res (Native Men’s Residence)
Yes. Auduzhe is accessible to all community members. We have an elevator, so folks can easily access all three floors. Our space also has accessible chairs and examination beds. We are also working on a wheelchair-accessible ramp at the front of our building.
Unfortunately, we do not have free parking. There is paid parking on either Vaughan Road or Hocken Avenue.
Yes. The closest station to Auduzhe is St.Clair West Station, which is a short 15-minute walk to our clinic. You can also go to Bathurst station and take the 7 bus north to St.Clair West.
Yes. All washrooms at Auduzhe are single-user, gender-neutral washrooms.
We arrange our care by appointment so we can dedicate our time to you. When you walk in without an appointment, we will do our best to find a good time for you to see our clinicians. There may be some days when we have no clinicians available at the clinic, so if you are able to, it is always a good idea to call ahead at 416-654-4184 so we can ensure that our clinicians can expect you.
That’s alright – if you are able to, please give us a call at 416-654-4184 anytime. Even if it’s after your appointment time, it’s always good to tell us that you were not able to come in for an appointment. If you are not able to remind us of your missed appointment, no worries, we will reach out to you when possible to rearrange your appointment.
